Financial and investment experience

With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry managing over 25 Alternative Investment Funds with more than €10bn AUM, Gianni brings a wealth of experience to the position and a strong background in financial modeling, capital management, and operational efficiency. Known for a pragmatic-driven approach, he has a proven track record in guiding investment funds and management companies through complex financial landscapes, securing capital, and optimizing costs.

Other accomplishments

Previously, Gianni worked with several prominent PE fund managers where he played a significant role in scaling operations and supporting mergers, acquisitions and divestments. A trusted partner to the executive team, Gianni ensures alignment between financial goals and business objectives.

Throughout his career, Gianni has played an instrumental role in executing complex financial transactions across a range of investment scales, from mid-sized deals of €25 million to large-scale transactions exceeding €2 billion. His experience spans major European and global investment groups, where he provided critical financial oversight, optimized capital deployment, and ensured compliance with rigorous financial regulations.

Gianni’s multilingual fluency in French, English, and Italian enhances his international reach, and he holds a bachelor’s degree specializing in accounting, tax, management, and economics, further supporting his strategic financial acumen.
